The word “unprecedented” has received a lot of use in the past few years. It means “never done or known before.” It has become the best way to describe how the accelerated pace and urgency of change has disrupted almost every aspect of our individual and organizational lives.

Sometimes we need outside perspective, ideas and expertise to break through barriers to success and refocus on what really matters. That is where a strategist comes in. Through my consulting practice I work with motivated leaders to help them analyze their situation, face their unprecedented moments and make the changes necessary to accomplish their goals.

My work in the corporate sector has often been in partnership with other consulting firms or creative teams. In addition to my own private practice with businesses and organizations, I've helped community banks and credit unions through my affiliation with Market Insights.

My work in the not-for-profit sector has helped organizations transform their marketing/communications, optimize their fundraising strategies and raise millions of dollars in private donations from foundations, corporations and individuals.

I have also written for, or contributed to, various publications, podcasts and webinars. And I have been a featured speaker and workshop presenter at local, state, national and international conferences.
