about jim perry

In the next 5 years, we will see more change occur than we've seen in the preceding 50 years.

Whether creating change, managing it or adapting to it; you will sometimes need outside perspective and proven expertise to navigate it successfully. Through my consulting practice I work with motivated and skilled corporate, small business and not-for-profit leaders to help them understand their market, clarify their opportunities and create their future.

In addition to my own private practice, I've helped community banks and credit unions through my affiliation with Market Insights. My professional experience includes organizational management, marketing, branding, executive coaching, leadership development and strategic planning.

My work in the corporate sector has been primarily with financial institutions and state associations - often in partnership with other consulting firms or creative teams.

My work in the not-for-profit sector has helped non-profit organizations raise over $35 million in private donations from foundations, corporations and individuals.

I am a published writer and have been a featured speaker and workshop presenter at conferences throughout the United States. As a trainer and public speaker, I am known for making complex concepts easy to understand and simple to apply.

My degree is from Southwestern and I have been a member of the American Marketing Association, Association of Fundraising Professionals, and the American Psychotherapy Association.

Jim’s working style is collaborative, creative and focused, all of which are important attributes for working with our financial services clients. He has a skill for seeing and hearing what clients may not be saying directly and focusing the client toward action. He is an invaluable part of our team.
